Aged Cheese Vurallar Aged Cheese, is a traditional taste for those care for what they eat. Aged cheese is produced from carefully selected mixture of high-quality ewe and cow milk. Vurallar Aged Cheese is ripened for 6 months for unique taste. Enjoy this delicious taste at breakfast and along with other cheese. Most delicious aged cheese of Turkey is produced in Kars and Ardahan. This cheese is produced from the milk of local husbandry that feed during May, June, July, and August in Kars-Ardahan region where more than 1500 types of flowers live.  Products are in the form of 13-13.5 kg wheels.  Approximately 11-12 kg milk is needed to produce 1kg aged cheese. We offer packages ranging between 100 grams to 13 kg.
